What You’ll Do:

• Perform Professional Duct Cleaning – Remove dust, debris, and contaminants to improve indoor air quality.
• Lead Dryer Vent Cleaning Services – Ensure safe and efficient dryer vent operations.
• Manage & Maintain Equipment – Operate and maintain all duct cleaning tools and machinery.
• Coordinate with Customers & Team – Provide excellent customer service and assist technicians as needed.
• Ensure Quality & Safety – Follow all industry standards and safety procedures.
• Help Grow the Service – Recommend additional services and educate customers on air quality improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience – 2+ years in duct cleaning, HVAC, or indoor air quality services preferred.
• Leadership Skills – Ability to manage jobs, train team members, and ensure high-quality service.
• Technical Skills – Familiarity with duct cleaning equipment and best practices.
• Customer Service – Professional, friendly, and committed to customer satisfaction.
• Physical Stamina – Ability to work in confined spaces and lift heavy equipment.
