Elite is the best around! Within less than a week of learning I needed a whole new HVAC system, they came and gave me a very reasonable quote, and installed professionally and in one day! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services!

I have been a fan of Elite for several years. Always receive great and dependable service. Today had a service call at my home with Richie S. What a great guy! He was very easy to talk to, explained things in a manner that made sense while showing me issues, tips, & tricks. I signed up for the maintenance program as my system is about 17-18 years old and want it to last as long as possible. He explained everything well. Kudos to Elite for hiring such a great technician. Elite was fantastic to work with! Our informational session was very educational and not pushy. Being a smaller local business you can really tell they want to do what is best by you! Installation was timely and everyone was great at answering our questions before, during, and after the whole process of our new HVAC installation.

My mom's air conditioning had stopped cooling and I called Elite. Cassie was very understanding and told me they could send someone that day. Less than an hour later I received a very polite and friendly call letting me know that a person was on their way. I wasn't there so I can't personally speak about the man who repaired her system but my mom said he was very friendly and accommodating. From first call to completion less than 3 hrs! I highly recommend this company.

We pay for the maintenance and the staff is always polite, respectful of the house, and professional. They take the time to tell us the things they are checking on and any recommendations are clearly communicated. We will continue to use their services.

Elite is amazing. We have used them for several years and EVERYONE is phenomenal. Tyson is great and will go through any problems or routine checkups and explain everything. Need a maintenance plan to not have future issues? They do it. Have a sudden issue? They will be out that day to knock it out!!

Elite Mechanical LLC is very professional and fast! We called in the morning when they opened and they arrived to our house by lunch! Tyson did a great job helping us understand everything and decide what to do! We have used Elite Mechanical in the past and will continue to use them because of their wonderful customer service!

This was a proactive investment to my home for a 20 year old system (it was still working but needed updated) so I had time to do research for a company and Elite was the one. From initial contact to complete installation was flawless. The estimate was clear with no surprises. Elite replaced my AC & furnace in July 2024. The install technicians were awesome. I just had the 6 month checkup done today & I was dispatched another technician that was knowledgeable & friendly and went the extra mile to explain things to me. From the call that I made to make the appointment to the actual service call itself, everyone is always helpful & friendly. I would give Elite 100 stars if I could.
