What You’ll Do:
- Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
- Install and set up commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines.
- Perform system startups, testing, and calibrations to ensure proper operation.
- Work with a team to complete installations on time and according to industry standards.
- Provide professional customer service and educate clients on new system operations.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience – 2+ years in HVAC/R installation preferred.
- Technical Skills – Proficiency in installing HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Licensing – EPA certification required (NATE certification is a plus).
- Customer Service – Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented.
- Work Ethic – Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Driver’s License – A valid license with a clean driving record.
