What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
- Perform quality installations of new heating and cooling units.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners.
- Educate customers on their system and recommend maintenance solutions.
- Ensure all work meets safety and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience – At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
- Skills – Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Licensing – EPA certification required (NATE certification is a plus).
- Customer Service – Friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile.
