Elite Mechanical is the best HVAC company out there. They’re extremely courteous, responsive, and professional. They truly care about all of their clients and are always willing to go above and beyond for them. They work quickly, and cleanly and I can always count on them to get the job done right.

Where to begin? I have a bit of a horror story! Our AC unit has not been functioning properly for a couple of years now. We have been putting a band-aid on it the past couple of summers with an HVAC small business that is great for easy repairs. This summer our unit reached its breaking point. We were stuck with a nonfunctioning system on a very hot weekend in July and our band-aids were no longer working. We reached out to several companies for bids and info and Elite was the most responsive and extremely courteous (especially considering it was a weekend) I was able to talk to Katie on the phone and provide her with info that allowed her to give us a custom quote. We ended up deciding to go with a friend of a friend who has his own HVAC business to save a buck… the biggest mistake of my life. I let Katie know our decision and she was extremely kind— wished us luck and said to reach out if we needed anything else. The guy we went with had no clue what he was doing and was in over his head. He took our unit out and 3 weeks later still never installed our new system. We finally called it quits and decided to go with a reputable company! I texted Katie and let her know we were in desperate need of her and Elites’ help! They were able to get us scheduled 1 day after my request and made the financing process easy and the pricing was affordable. We didn’t even need to be there for installation! The techs that came out were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I would not hesitate to use this company again and/or recommend their services to everyone I know! 10/10 recommend!

I recommend Elite to everyone I know. The technicians provide top-notch services and are very informative about the diagnosis. The office staff is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Everyone at Elite has been nothing short of fantastic through our whole process.

Elite Mechanical is absolutely amazing!!! The office staff is professional and friendly and their technicians are very knowledgeable and responsive. We have received excellent service each time that we have used them, which has been multiple times over the years. Landon came out and serviced our mini-split. He diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. Also verified unit is still under warranty. Very pleased with the communication, and customer service, and just waiting on part and or new unit replacement. Highly recommend Elite Mechanical LLC. Richie arrived on time, introduced himself, listened to the issue, and asked questions to confirm understanding. Richie got the AC tested and it worked in 30 minutes, clean and organized. Great experience!

Will install a full system in our new build. He designed the system and duct to fit our needs perfectly and the system itself looks so clean and neat! Loved how much pride he put into his work. To top it off, he was great with our dogs and even posed for a picture with our Boone!
